By accessing statixpress.site or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Products and Licenses

WP Static Runtime (the "Plugin") is sold under two editions:

• Free Edition: Licensed under GPL-2.0-or-later. You may use, modify, and redistribute it freely according to the terms of that license.
• Premium Edition: Proprietary license. A valid license key is required for use. The license grants you the right to use the plugin on the number of domains specified by your plan (1 domain for Personal, unlimited for Agency). Redistribution is not permitted.

2. License Restrictions (Premium)

• You may not share, resell, or distribute your license key.
• You may not reverse-engineer the premium components.
• Licenses are per-domain. Using a single license on more domains than permitted is a violation.
• We reserve the right to revoke a license if abuse is detected.

3. Payments

All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed via PayPal or QRIS (Indonesia only). By completing a purchase, you agree to the respective payment provider's terms.

Premium licenses are annual subscriptions. You will not be billed automatically — renewal is manual and you will be notified before expiry.

4. Refund Policy

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Plugin is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Plugin will meet your requirements or operate error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall StatixPress be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Plugin, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license in the past 12 months.

7. Updates and Support

Active license holders receive updates and support for the duration of their license period. After expiry, the Plugin continues to function but no further updates or support will be provided until renewal.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to premium features if you violate these Terms. Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless it occurs within the 14-day refund window.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.

Dengan menggunakan layanan StatixPress, Anda menyetujui ketentuan ini. Edisi Gratis berlisensi GPL-2.0. Edisi Premium memerlukan license key yang valid dan tidak boleh didistribusikan ulang. Harga dalam USD, pembayaran via PayPal atau QRIS. Garansi uang kembali 14 hari berlaku untuk semua paket premium. Plugin disediakan "apa adanya" tanpa jaminan. Ketentuan ini diatur oleh hukum Republik Indonesia.
